Cancellation and Returns

Order Cancellation

Pre-Dispatch: Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Orders not yet passed to our warehouse can typically be cancelled in full.

Post-Dispatch: Orders already shipped must be received and returned following our returns procedure.

Consumer Contract Cancellation Rights

Under Consumer Contract Regulations, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order for a full refund. To exercise this right:
